6-way Match — Ladder Match — Men's IC Championship

Summary
This Intercontinental Championship ladder match was absolute chaos in the best possible way—six guys, one title, and a ring that basically turned into demolition derby. It kicked off at full speed with high-flying offense and immediate ladder spots, but things escalated once Rusev started clearing bodies and tossing people around like lawn furniture. Rey Mysterio brought the vintage fire with a 619 and clever ring awareness, while Dragon Lee and JD McDonagh kept things violent up top, including a wild Spanish Fly off a ladder that had the crowd fully locked in. Je’Von Evans had his breakout “nearly there” moment, climbing the ladder twice and almost stealing the win before getting yanked down at the last second. Rusev looked like he had it sealed after mowing everyone down and slowly climbing, but Evans wiped him out with a massive OG Cutter from the top rope off the ladder in one of the wildest spots of the match. From there, it turned into pure survival mode. Bodies everywhere, ladders wrecked, and Penta finally re-emerging at the perfect time. After surviving multiple finishers—including a brutal Mexican Destroyer on McDonagh off a ladder—Penta capitalized on the chaos, hit another Destroyer on Evans, and climbed to retain his Intercontinental Championship in a legit instant classic.

The Men’s Royal Rumble match also featured 30 participants, mixing established stars, surprise returns, and breakthrough performances. Oba Femi made a huge early impact by entering at #1 and eliminating several competitors, including Rusev and Solo Sikoa. Throughout the middle of the match, notable moments included surprise eliminations, then-fresh returns like LA Knight, and clashes involving Brock Lesnar before he was eliminated by alliance efforts from other competitors. The final stretch came down to Roman Reigns (#26), Gunther (#30), Randy Orton, and Logan Paul as the last four. Reigns ultimately survived the fray by spearing Gunther, eliminating him over the top rope to win his second career Royal Rumble and punch his WrestleMania main event ticket.

The match featured dynamic high-flying action and multiple momentum swings, including Rey’s signature aerial offense. A Mexican Destroyer by Penta on Theory ultimately secured the win for the babyface team, showcasing their cohesion and crowd support.
RAW December 29, 2025 — Orlando, Florida
Summary
This match had that classic feel of Rey trying to overcome size and youth versus Theory, who wasted zero time turning nasty as the new member of The Vision. Theory kept Rey grounded with hard shots and even slugged him into the ring post on the outside. Just when Rey looked like he might rally with a reversed Burning Hammer into a DDT, Logan Paul ran in and messed up the whole thing, drawing a disqualification and creating the mess you saw on replay ten times. It was short, a little messy, and honestly felt more like a setup for the next segment than a real contest — but Rey still got his 619 in after Penta’s return even if it didn’t officially count.
